Women of Faith will be holding a bake sale on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5th. Kuntz Hall is utilized on Election Day as a polling place for Lehigh Township and there will be approximately 1,000 people who will be coming to cast their votes at our church on that day. Women of Faith has agreed to offer baked goods for sale that day for the voters. All proceeds made from the sale will be utilized to purchase food for the Hope Community Food Cupboard when our donations are low throughout the year.
Obviously, Women of Faith will need assistance from all our talented bakers at Hope to make this sale a huge success. Please join us in this endeavor by baking some items for this sale. Suggested items could include: cakes, pies, pumpkin rolls, sticky buns, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, homemade candy or any other favorite baked good that you enjoy making.
If making brownies, cookies or cupcakes we ask that you prepackage them (2 brownies or cupcakes per bag or container or 3 cookies per bag or ½ dozen brownies or cupcakes or cookies per container). For other items, please prepare/bring them in disposable containers so that we don’t have to worry about getting any containers/dishes back to you after the sale.
?Bake goods may be dropped off at Kuntz Hall kitchen, Sunday, November 3rd after both services or Monday, November 4th from 4 PM to 6 PM. Our Women of Faith group thanks you for your generous donations to this project!
