The school year will begin with Orientation during the day for parents and students. Orientation will be Wednesday, September 4, 2024 for the 4 year olds and on Thursday, September 5, 2024 for the 3 year olds.
The first day of school will be Monday, September 9, 2024 for the 4 year olds and Tuesday, September 10, 2024 for the 3 year olds.
We will follow Northampton Area School District for holidays and most weather related closures.
Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is $130 per month for 3 year olds and $145 per month for 4 year olds. Tuition is paid one month in advance and is due on the first school day of each month. Tuition can be paid in cash or with a check made out to Hope Lutheran Nursery School.
Children must be toilet trained and able to use the potty independently.
All 3 year old students and any new 4 year old students are required to have a Medical Form with a copy of immunizations completed by their doctor prior to the start of Nursery School. This form can be printed from the link below the registration information.
Preparations are underway for the upcoming school year!
If you are interested in enrolling your child in our program, please complete the online Registration Form from the link below. Then print and complete the Student Questionnaire, and the Medical Form (If possible, please print each form front to back.) If you are not able to complete the Registration Form online or print the Student Questionnaire and Medical Form, paper copies can be picked up in the church office.
After completing the online Registration Form you will need to drop off the non-refundable $50 registration fee at the church. The Student Questionnaire can also be turned in at this time or at your earliest convenience. The first month's tuition ($130 for 3 year olds and $145 for 4 year olds) is due by May 1, 2024 to secure your child's place in our program and the Medical Form needs to be completed prior to the start of the school year.
The church office is open between 8:30 AM - 3 PM on Monday - Friday. If you plan to stop by between 12 PM - 1 PM, please call ahead at 610-767-7203, to ensure that the secretary will be in the office during this time.
STUDENT QUESTIONNAIRE Form is viewable from all devices, but best completed from a computer.
In the event that all of our classes are full, applicants will be notified and added to a waiting list.
Please notify us if you decide not to send your child to our Nursery School so that any children on the waiting list can be given the opportunity to attend.
If the registration fee and the first tuition payment are not received by May 1, 2024 we cannot hold your child’s position and the next child on the waiting list will be contacted.
